- [Lecturer] To go to a specific record first make sure you're in the right work area. In this case Service, and then you can click the Service dropdown and choose the record type you wish. For example if I want to look at Accounts or Contacts, Social Profiles, Activities. I actually though want to look at Cases because this is where my work is focused. When I choose Cases it loads My Active Cases, the cases that would be most relevant to me. But this isn't the only view of cases, this is a filter view created dynamically for me but I also have Active Cases opened in the last seven days. I have All Cases, active and inactive. There are 47 of them. I have All Cases created in the last six months since we've only been using Dynamic CRM six months, that's 47 of them. And notice other choices, cases that I follow. Cases that have been resolved in the last seven days. These are in alphabetical order. My Active Cases and so on. Now if I load a long list like All Cases, there are 47 of them…
