Work the process: Microsoft Dynamics CRM: Customer Service

In Dynamics CRM's interactive service hub, the service process bar appears at the top of the case form. The active stage of the process is marked with a flag. Click the stage name (for example, Resolve) to display the required and optional activities for that stage. Complete the activities, then click the Next Stage link in the lower right corner of the flyout to mark the current stage complete and the next stage active.
