Resolve a case: Microsoft Dynamics CRM: Customer Service

To resolve a case, either choose the case in your list of active cases then click Resolve case on the command bar, or open the case and choose Resolve Case from the menu. If the case includes any open activities, you'll be warned that these activities will be canceled. Confirm to continue, or cancel, close the activities, and choose Resolve again.
