Search the knowledge base to find articles that may help you resolve a case. In the Related pane of the case form's summary page, click the Knowledge Base tab to view the search results that were automatically provided based on the title of your case. Enter different search terms to search the titles, content, description, keywords and article number for knowledge articles. Link relevant articles to the case.
