Merge cases: Microsoft Dynamics CRM: Customer Service

Use merge to combine up to ten cases that should be a single case: for example, the same problem reported by different contacts, or two cases that require a common resolution. Display the list of cases and choose the cases to be merged. Click the Merge cases button then select the case that all other selected cases will be merged into. Confirm the merge. The other cases will be canceled, but their details will remain available within the parent case.
