Use child cases to help manage complex cases. For example, if a display needs to be replaced in four locations for the same customer, create a parent Replace Display case, then create a related child case for each location. If the parent case and child case already exist, you can open the parent case and associate the child case. There is a limit of 100 child cases per parent case.
