Convert a case to an article: Microsoft Dynamics CRM: Customer Service

To convert a case to a knowledge article, open the case, click the menu and choose Convert To > To Knowledge Article. The required information will be entered from the case, but you can edit the information now or later. Click Convert to create and optionally open the draft article.
