- [Narrator] It's wicked easy to convert an existing case to an article. Here's one of the cases that we've been working with in this course. The printer fan stops running during warmup and if we click More check it out. Convert to, to knowledge article. Specify the details of the new knowledge article. Here is the title, here's the owner and the subject. Now, you'll notice that I can edit any of these items, but I'll also be able to edit it later. So, this is the content. The customer reports the printer overheating, and actually what I want to say about this is the initial behavior reported by customer was a fused print cartridge. Within a week, the customer reported printer overheating, and information from various activities is also here. The replacement printer was shipped overnight to the customer. The customer is asked not to use the printer and to unplug it and ship it back. Internet search did not return any similar cases or concerns. Now I can cut this, simply right click…
