Add activities to the timeline: Microsoft Dynamics CRM: Customer Service

Capture case-related communications with customers and other team members by entering them in the timeline as activities. Click the + button in the timeline then select a type of activity: Email, Task, Note, Appointment, or Phone Call. Enter activity details in the form provided, then click Save to save the activity. The latest activity appears at the top of the timeline.
