- [Instructor] Admin work is much the same, regardless of what it is you're administering, but there are specifics for Dynamics 365, so let's take a look at the work, the day to day tasks of a Dynamics 365 admin. First, you need to manage the available services. This includes managing user accounts, managing licenses, subscriptions, billing, and so on. With Dynamics 365 for customer engagement, much of this work will be done in the Microsoft 365 admin center. We also need to manage access, security and teams. You'll need to manage instances, and much of this work will be done in the Dynamics 365 admin center within the Microsoft 365 admin center, but we can also manage our instances in the power platform admin center, and I'll show you both of those.
