- [Instructor] Leads are located within the sales area. Next to where it says sales in the navigation toolbar, let's select the drop down arrow and then locate the sales group and select leads. This takes us to a listing, it's a system view, and what we're currently seeing in view are all leads. What all leads is, is everything that is assigned to the person that is currently logged in, which is Angela Hashton, as well as anyone else that has open leads. Now the leads that we're seeing here, we can see who the owner is, we can also see the status, if this is something new, if it's a lead that has been qualified and turned into an opportunity, if it's a lead that has been closed because they're no longer interested, or for some other reason. So we can scroll through and see a lot of the different leads. Now if you have many leads and you need to kind of filter or sort to find what you're looking for, this list view is sortable just like it would be if you were working with a One Drive…
