- Flow can automatic business processes and connect you to all the services and applications you use beyond even Microsoft services, like Dropbox and Twitter. There's many ways to get the process of setting up a flow. From within certain areas of Dynamics 365 you will find Flow within a menu. For instance, while viewing a lead like you see here. By selecting the three ellipses, that's the more commands menu, you will find Flow. And from here there are two choices, you can run a flow for this lead or run some sort of other flow. You can also find Flow by going to the Office 365 app launcher in the upper left corner and then navigating and selecting Flow. This takes you to the Flow application and notice with the address here at the top, flow.microsoft.com, yet another way you can go directly to this application and then log in with your email address and password that is associated with Dynamics 365 and Office 365.
