- [Instructor] If you spend a lot of time managing mail in Outlook, you can integrate Dynamics 365 to work in Outlook as well. The Dynamics 365 Outlook add-in will need to be installed. This can be downloaded from a link in the Microsoft Docs article that you see displayed. This article includes instructions for installation, Dynamics 365 configuration, and how to instructions for end users. If we scroll through the article, you'll see the links that are included, that will help determine if there are updates that are needed, if your hardware meets the requirements, and as we scroll down a little further, how you can configure Dynamics 365. On the left, here are all of the different areas that you can navigate to including troubleshooting, and the Outlook User Guide. Once this add-in is installed, let's take a look at what it looks like. So let's minimize the browser, and here we are in Outlook.
