- [Instructor] The sales process typically starts with a new contact, a new lead, some sort of a new record. And if you're getting started with creating a new record, there's a couple of ways you can go about doing this. The quick create method is found on the navigation toolbar over here to the right by selecting the plus sign and then selecting the type of record that you'd like to create. You add a few details and then you'll save that record. The other method is to go to that area within the sales workspace. So if you're creating a new lead, you'd go to sales and then leads. If you're creating a new account to our new contact, you'd go to customers. And that's going to open the full form where again you only really need a few fields to be populated, like the name, what they're interested in, company name, to save that record and get on your way. Now, we're going to go to leads. And in the leads area, I already have in view a lead that has been started. And this lead is called…
