- [Instructor] If you'd like to customize email templates in Dynamics 365 like you may have within Salesforce this is possible and we're going to take a look at this. To get us started, we're going to start here. We're in the activities area of sales, viewing my activities. Let's select mail from the toolbar above and take a closer look at this. So this is the generic email form that comes up. The only thing that's populated is the from field and that's the person that is logged in to Dynamics 365. We do need to give this at least who it's going to go to before we can work with some of the existing templates that are part of Dynamics 365. So let's do a quick look up for the Blue Yonder airline and I'm just going to type in part of the name and press enter to find that contact from the list, there we go. Now we can manually type in the subject, we can add some information to the body and work with this formatting toolbar. Do some markdown, you know give some formatting to it. But…
