- [Narrator] Tasks are really useful when you're working through a sales process. They can be used to track anything really that is a task that you need to make sure gets done and gets done in a certain amount of time. You can have tasks that are kind of stand alone for things that you need to do, maybe working with team members or with other groups within your organization, or you can have tasks that are associated to a particular contact to that lead or that opportunity. And we're going to look at this in both ways, before we get started with that though, I'd like to point out that on a lot of the system dashboards, you do have a container that will display tasks like this Sales Activity Social Dashboard that's in view. If you scroll to the bottom you'll see there's a My Activities container, and here's a listing of all the different types of activities that are assigned to the account that's logged in, that's Angela, and if we go up here next to My Activities, with the dropdown…
