Import entity data from Excel

- [Instructor] This is the Supplier entity that we created and I want to show you what I think is the most efficient way for us to populate this with data. And that is to use the Get data from Excel feature. Now, this is made not just to get data from Excel, but to get data from a comma-separated value, or CSV, file. So it is looking for a workbook that contains not more than one worksheet. I've created two workbooks that you can download from the Exercise Files for this course, SuppliersData and InventoryData. I'm going to get data from Excel for Supplier, and show you how that works. We're going to choose the file that we want to import for each entity, note that we could do more than one at a time, and I'm going to click and choose my file that is called SuppliersData. The file is being uploaded. Now, this import data process is not an appending process. This import data process is a process that can overwrite the data that you already have.
