Export a report

- [Instructor] I'm back in my Active Accounts in Sales, and I'd like to run a report on the selected accounts. Notice that when I choose Run Report, that Account Credit Information is listed because I'm in sales, and it's a sales report connected to Accounts, that's where we created it. So I'm going to run this on Selected Records, and here is our report. Now, if I'd like to export this data, I can do so from here. On the Save button, there is a drop-down. I can save this as an XML file with report data. I can save it as a comma-separated value or a comma-delimited file. I can print this as a Acrobat PDF, an MHTML or webarchive file. I can send this data to Excel, which would probably be what I'd do. But I could take a picture of it, or I could send it to Microsoft Word again, depending on what my later use of this is going to be. Also, I have the opportunity to refresh the data in the report. I can also print the report from here. The action I would take most frequently here though…
