Differences in contact status

- [Narrator] There are two statuses for contacts. Active and inactive. Let's take a closer look by navigating to contacts. Select the dropdown arrow next to sales, then select contacts from the customers area. The list displayed here is all active contacts. Let's select a contact. While viewing the contact, if you'd like to make this contact inactive, go to the ribbon at the top and select deactivate. Notice within the tool tip that pops up before selecting this that you can reactivate this from the inactive contacts view. Let's go ahead and select it. A message pops up asking to confirm the deactivation. Let's go ahead and select deactivate. Notice the yellow bar at the bottom of this contact area. This is noting that this contact is now inactive and has been set to read only. Let's navigate back to contacts by selecting it from the menu here at the top. And then next to where it says my active contacts, that's the view that we're in right now, select the dropdown arrow and let's go…
