- [Instructor] Sales data can be represented visually as a report or a dashboard. And both reports and dashboards are customizable. In this movie we're going to focus on reports. Right now what you see and view is essentially a dashboard, the Sales Activity Social Dashboard. Reports are located in a few different places, we're going to start by going to the navigation toolbar here at the top and then selecting the down arrow next to sales. Then we're going to go over to the very far right side in the tools group and select reports. This is where all of the reports reside and what you're seeing in this dashboard view are all of the available reports that you can work with. These come with Dynamics 365. You'll see that they're alphabetized A through Z, they have to do with accounts activities, campaigns, competitors, invoices, leads, things that have been neglected, products, sales and user summary. You can select one of these and then customize that report to your liking. Print it…
