Create and edit users in Office 365

- [Instructor] When we want to add a new user that does not already exist in our organization, we need to add them in the Microsoft 365 admin center. From the admin center on the homepage, note that we can add a user right here. We'll fill in their first name and their last name. (typing quickly) And the display name is automatically calculated for us, but we can enter another display name if we wish. User name is also required. We can generate their initial password or autogenerate a password. In either event, we can require that the user change their password when they first sign in. (typing quickly) Or not, and then we can send the password in an email upon completion. If a user's waiting for a password, it makes sense to send it to them.
