Create and edit a business unit

- [Instructor] We're going to create our business unit in the administrative settings in Dynamics. So in Dynamics 365, for customer engagement, simply choose settings. And then choose security. Select the business units feature, view active business units. All we have here is the root. I'm going to click new to create a new business unit. And the name for this will be Midwest. The division will be Midwest. The parent business is Kineteco. I could have a separate website for my division, a new address for my division, main telephone number, all of this information for my division, but all that's required right now for me to demonstrate this for you is a name and a parent business unit, in this case, our root. I'm going to save and close this. Not recommending leaving all of the rest of this blank as a best practice, but here now are my two business units: Kineteco and Midwest.
