Avoid working in both platforms

- [Narrator] To avoid working in both platforms, you'll need to develop a plan. Start with discovery sessions, documenting the workflows, forms and content customizations, settings and other personalized organization, business unit and individual customizations. Then, develop the new solution. From the discovery session documentation, you're going to make a solution. Plan and schedule for the needed customizations. Plan ahead how the data move will take place and if new functionality is needed, like integrated Microsoft applications, such as Power BI, Flow and PowerApps. Migrate pre-existing Salesforce data. This will help alleviate switching back and forth between Dynamics 365 to get that historical information and those reports from Salesforce. Make sure you train your end users. This will help with end user adoption, increased usage, improved productivity and less support calls and emails to the support team. When you go live, consider communications around this and training around…
