- [Instructor] One of the greatest advances for Drupal 9 is the media module. Now media, as I mentioned earlier in the introduction, is an entity just like content, taxonomy, blocks, and more. We turned on the media module earlier in the course, and you might remember that we have five kinds of media available for our Drupal website, audio, documents, images, remote video, which is YouTube or Vimeo, and locally hosted video. Once we add media to our site, we'll have them available to us in any media field that we add. Here on the content menu on the media tab, here are some of the media items that you might upload and you're free to upload any kinds of media for this class that you want. Here's the OSTips Drupal Scheduler Module remote video media item that we'll do in an upcoming video.
