- [Instructor] All right, now that we understand what taxonomy is and what it does and what it can do, let's go ahead and add the taxonomies we need for all of our content types. Again, typically, in my planning, I would know what taxonomies I need and I would do this in one step. So let's take a look at our taxonomy plan really quickly. We need a taxonomy with two terms, news and press release in order to identify the kind of node it is in the article content type. And we need a vocabulary with terms that replace tags. We need a vocabulary that's going to categorize all of our businesses. We need a taxonomy to categorize our locations and add amenities. Now, this could easily just be a checkbox field but by creating it with a taxonomy, we can allow our visitors to choose a category and then choose the amenities that they might be looking for.
