Style background properties
- [Instructor] The CSS designer supports adding background colors, gradients, and images. In this exercise, we'll add a background gradient with a full back color to the Room Service article in dining.html. You'll also see how to combine a background image with a gradient. I've selected the Room Service article in dining.html in live view, and then in the CSS designer I've selected main.css as the source, global in the @Media pane. And then in the selector's pane, the room service id selector. To get to the background properties in the properties pane, click the fourth icon for background and the first property there is background color. Most browsers now support CSS gradients, but just in case someone visits the site with an ancient browser, it's a good idea to set a solid background color as a fallback. I know the color that I want, so I'm just gonna type it in there on the side of the color whirl. It's #FEFAF0. Press enter or return to commit that. And that gives us a pale yellow…
