- [Instructor] In addition to linking to other webpages, you can create email links. In theory, an email link launches the default email program on the computer and inserts and email address in the to field. Well that's the theory, but it doesn't always work. I'll explain why later. First I'll show you how to create an email link in Dream Weaver. In Dream Weaver CC 2017, you need to be either in design view or in code view. It won't work in live view. So I'm gonna switch to design view, and scroll down. And in this paragraph here, select the words, West End London. Then we need to go into the insert panel, make sure that HTML is selected at the top, and the option to insert and email link is quite a long way down. There it is, just after script. You can also find it on the insert menu, and it's in the HTML sub-menu, and it's also a long way down. It's there, about two-thirds of the way down.
