Setting a text style

- [Instructor] We're starting another chapter now in our DraftSight essentials course. And what we're going to look at is how we annotate a DraftSight drawing. So you can see the name of the drawing in 12 underscore annotating dot DWG. That's at the top of the screen there. And as usual you can download that from the website to follow along what the videos in this particular course. Now the first thing we're going to look at is text and setting up a text style to place some text labels and also some descriptive text onto our DraftSight drawing. Now before we do that we're going to create a text layer. So let's do that first, into the layers panel on the home tab on the ribbon like so and I'm going to click here, layer manager and we're going to create a new layer, click on new and we're just going to call it, text. Nice and simple and press enter. And as usual that will sort it alphabetically. So if we scroll down there's our text layer. Now line color, I'm just going to click here…
