David discusses how you should already have a basic understanding of containers and Docker, as well as the Linux command line.
- [Instructor] Before we get started, there's a few things that you should know. First off, in this course, you'll learn how security works in Docker, and how to configure different types of container security. It's assumed that you have basic Docker and container knowledge. If not, I recommend that you watch Learning Docker in our library, as well as my other Docker courses in the series. It's also assumed that you have basic Linux command-line knowledge. For example, commands like ls, pwd, cd, to change directory, and be able to edit files with tools like nano or Vi.
Finally, if you haven't already, it's recommended that you first watch my course on Docker installation and configuration before you watch this course on Docker security.
