Basic shapes
- [Instructor] I am most excited by this dimension new feature, the addition of customizable 3D geometric basic shapes. With these basic shapes, you can create an amazing array of 3D models. I've already placed each of the basic shapes in the scene, and you can follow along with me with the exercise file, basic shapes or you can add your own basic shapes to a scene using the basic panel here or the basic shapes panel at the start of the starter assets. So if we come over here to the scene we'll see that we have a cube, sphere, torus, cone, plane and cylinder going from left to right on the scene. Each of these shapes have their own unique properties. They can be combined to create a wide variety of more interesting shapes. Let's take a quick look at those properties starting with the cube, I'll select it and all zoom in on it so that we can see it a little bit better. And then we'll come over here to the properties…
