ONIX is an XML format designed specifically for the transmission of book metadata within the publishing supply chain. In this video, Joshua Tallent introduces you to the structure of an ONIX file. He shows the top-down structure that the content follows, and describes what metadata each of the major sections include. Joshua also explains how Codelists work, and shows you how to search for Codelist values in the ONIX specification itself.
