You're going to be making a lot of changes and a lot of updates along the way. Let's take a look at how you can update each individual article as you're working on it, and then preview it again on the iPad. I'll open up the Folio-Builder panel, and we'll go to this folio we've been working on for awhile, and I'm going to go to Article View. I need to update this campus article, so I'm going to show you a little tip here on how to open up that file in a hurry. going to click on the little arrow here on the right.
And that's going to take me all the way down into the view. Unfortunately with PDF articles you don't get a thumbnail preview. But you've got a pretty good idea of what you're opening anyway, so it's not that big a problem. I'm just going to double-click where it says Landscape Layout. And it's going to open up my InDesign file, so I don't have to go browsing around to find it. Now I want to update this headline. And I want to say our New York City campus, or our NYC campus. And that's it.
I just wanted to make that small change. I'm going to save the InDesign file. And I'm going to go back to the article view. And with the article still selected, I'll go to the Folio Builder panel menu and select Update. And after a moment or two, that content gets updated. And now we can switch over to the iPad and take a look at what we've got there. So we'll just launch the Adobe Content Viewer. And the library will update. And you'll see now, in our Reaux Academy catalog, there is the words Update Available, along with the cloud download icon.
I'm going to tap on that. And it's going to tell me once again that there is an update available. Do I want to do it? Or do I not? And of course, I do, so I'll say yes. And that was a pretty quick download. So we'll just tap on this now to bring it up. And there's the updated article. So you can see how easy it is to update your work as you go along.
