…InDesign is highly extensible through scripts and extensions.…For anyone involved in a DPS workflow, there are both scripts…and extensions available to cut out a lot of repetitive work.…I'd like to show you a couple of my favorites.…If you remember we created a scrolling frame earlier…and we had to cut this to the clipboard,…and then draw another frame, make sure it was…the right size, and then paste it into it.…Now that can get a little repetitive after a while,…so I'm going to just open up my Scripts panel here.…If you don't have it open, just go up to Window > Utilities > Scripts.…
Now, of course, you're not going to have these installed yet.…But I just wanted to show you where that was.…And I've got the Digital Publishing Pack 2 already opened here.…And I've got a script called, Paste Objects Inside Frame.…So I've got this long frame here, but I want to turn it to a scrolling frame.…What this script does is, it actually cuts it to the clipboard,…draws a frame the exact same size and then pastes it back in.…
