What's a team working agreement?
- [Presenter] Though the concept of a team working agreement originates from several places, it fits extremely well within the context of a development team. So what is it? Well, a team working agreement is a flexible, enforceable and co-created document that establishes your team's development processes and the guidelines that surround it. With this purpose in mind, it makes it the best place to spell out your team's detailed code review process. Before you consider any suggestions or strategies, even the ones I share in this course, it's a good idea to first get your team on the same page. How do you do that? Well, it can certainly be harder said than done, but there are a few steps you can take to kickstart the collaborative process.
