- To get the most out of this class, you need to know what programming is, and in a general way, how programs are organized. Put another way, business people are important participants in the design process. So this course isn't just for programmers. But, as the class progresses, it gets more and more technical, and that stuff will be gibberish if you don't understand the technical side. If you find yourself lost later on, you may want to watch sitting next to a programmer so that you can ask questions as they come up. Even if some of the topics do seem a little daunting, the vocabulary you learn will help a lot when you're talking to your developers.
