- What's your experience with UX testing? - It's easy to dismiss UX testing as not the job of the software tester, but I've always been a firm believer that the experience that the user has when using our software is exactly the software tester's job. As testers, we're there to make sure that the user has a good experience during their time with our system. Now, it's not something that I've always done, especially if I haven't had ample time to, but keeping this in mind when testing allows me to see and highlight any areas that simply aren't a good user experience. Think to yourself whenever you become frustrated when buying something online or when using a website that wasn't mobile friendly on your mobile device, that's UX testing.
