To make sure your team tackles these loopholes, make sure to include the following in your Team Working Agreement, and to discuss these topics in-depth. What's the code review process from beginning to end? What repositories are you using? Which branching system is your team employing? What happens when an emergency fix needs to be deployed? What are the team options when a code review hasn't been attended to within a set time period?
