- When we think about what makes a successful agile team, we need to consider a few different things. We need to think about interpersonal relationships, and we also need to think about the organizational systems in which those relationships exist. So the more interdependencies within a system, the more important it is to analyze those organizational structures that uphold the system. So let's take a look at two tools to help us make sure that the structure of our teams is arranged so that we can maximize effectiveness within that complex system, Conway's Law and symmathesy.
