I have over 25 years of hands-on experience working in testing. I'm an author on quality and helped found a customer validation software and services company called Center Code in 2001. I am a strong advocate for product quality. I've spent my career learning and developing better and better methods to ensure testing is comprehensive, thorough and successful.
