- [Instructor] The breakdown of your schedule in your plan is not there for decoration. The schedule is deeply integrated into your testing strategy. What tests you execute and when is critical to successfully completing the test. Some test cases are very difficult, create lots of bugs and can be very time consuming. Other test cases are simply formalities designed as check boxes to ensure your test is thorough. The point is when you schedule something is as important as what you are scheduling. Part of identifying what comes early in a test schedule is learned through experience. However, simply looking at a product closely usually reveals the kind of things that are going to consume a lot of time and resources. When creating your schedule in your plan, it's good to take some time to review your objectives and see how you can balance easy tasks and trouble spots so both can be completed in tandem with your test cases.…
