- There are a plethora of tools to choose from to serve as your digital whiteboard. So do your research, and try different things that work for you. That said, here are some of the more popular tools on the market, to give you a place to start. G Suite, Google's products, Docs, Sheets, and Slides, are among the best on the market for real-time collaboration. For example, if we want to get a bunch of ideas from a group on our team, we'll open up a file and everyone can start editing at once. Google also has an integration with Microsoft Office, to enable the same instant collaboration across its products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Miro, formerly known as RealtimeBoard. When I want to most-closely replicate the visual feel of a whiteboard, this is the tool I reach for.
