- It's easy to assume that any software development team, testers included, are building a quality product. Here, you've got a team of engineers, all trained to a certain standard. They're all trusted to deliver a product that meets certain expectations and requirements from their business. And this is true from large enterprises all the way down to small startups. And when products work fine, then everyone is happy. The team even sometimes get applauded for their efforts.
