- [Mike Fine] Whether you are a veteran test manager or just starting on your first project, good testing begins with good planning. The goal of this course is to help you establish and use the best practices to test a product. From solid test documents to release, we will cover each of the important elements to help deliver not only a great test, but also a great product. I'm Mike Fine. I have over 25 years of hands-on experience working in testing. I'm an author on quality, and have helped found a customer validation software and services company called Centercode in 2001. I'm a strong advocate for product quality. I've spent my career learning and developing better and better methods to ensure testing is comprehensive, thorough, and successful. Throughout this course we will examine all the planning stages of an alpha test.
