- [Narrator] When we talked about building models, one of the models we mentioned was modeling your users. If we formalize this a bit more using something called personas, we can have a pretty powerful tool for helping us structure and think about our exploratory testing. A persona is a fictional character that you create to represent parts of your audience. Some companies will have shared personas that you can use, but even then there might be specific things that you want to consider. So let's dig into how you would create a persona. When it comes to creating a persona, start with creating a couple of broad based personas. For example, the company I currently work at creates a learning management platform.
