- We work in a world that's no longer defined by geographic boundaries. Business is global and so are our teams. While there are numerous benefits of a global team, managing a global team comes with it's own set of challenges, like cultural nuances, communication barriers, and market variance. When you are in the same location, it's so easy to pop into someone's office and share information and ideas. A surprising amount of crucial information is shared informally in this way.
