As a woman in tech we need to be proactive about how we think about our future. - A growth mindset is really a learning orientation. And learning to foster this growth mindset definitely can help transition from where you are today to where you want to go tomorrow. There really is no such thing as a natural leader. As work and products change overtime learning and growing into them is going to be one of the most critical skills that you'll have. It turns out I am an introvert and one of the things I used to dread is being on panels. And I used to avoid them like the plague. But it turns out in my line of work one of the ways you get research out is by being on a panel. The first panels I was on I started as a moderator and I slowly worked myself into being on panels.
