- [Instructor] While the plan does provide great insight into your resources, it really isn't going to feel real until you are standing in the lab and looking over your equipment, examining your schedule, and identifying your project needs. The plan is of course, the best place to start and you'll use it as a check list for your needs. However, you'll want to consult any team members and review the equipment and look over your software prior to launching your test. Begin with your hardware. Do have the right number of computers, cell phones, test fixtures, and other tools to perform the testing? Are each of these different resources up to date and useful for your testing? Have they been properly configured and are ready to test? Most important, are there other tests being performed or other projects? And are you going to have to schedule time to use the equipment?
