- [Instructor] The newer sister model for Agile is DevOps. Much like the Agile process, there are many moving parts and fast cycles designed to help you deliver the project. DevOps advocates are all about speed with smaller, faster teams to ensure the work you do moves quickly from software builds to testing to release. In DevOps, one tool for driving the product is tests. During the DevOps model, the project managers are focused on expediency rather than big accomplishments. Finishing small portions of testing to help a specific set of features is the focus. You may only be testing a tiny update, a small fix, or even a specific feature. However, early in development, you may see bigger releases with larger test requirements. It's during these times things can get a little crazy.
