Creating KPIs for the common goal

- Key Performance Indicators, or KPIs, are a way to measure how your team is doing against its goal. While the goal is for the entire team, KPIs need to be defined for each team member so that each individual can be held accountable. It also helps build trust on the team since everyone knows how their co-workers are contributing to the team's goal. To create KPIs, start with defining clear objectives, then add a measurement criteria to it, and define the duration of the measurement.
