- Communication is the lifeblood of an organization. Just like how blood cells circulate nutrients throughout our veins, communication distributes important information throughout a system. But, while communication is a critical component of a project's success, there are definitely some challenges when communicating on a software project. First, software is, for the most part, an intangible project. Outside of the user interface, it's really difficult to touch it, and interact with it. So this means that when we talk about software, it tends to be more abstract, and that means it's more prone to misunderstanding.
