- Communication is the lifeblood of an organization. Just like how blood cells circulate nutrients throughout our veins, communication distributes important information throughout a system. But, while communication is a critical component of a project's success, there are definitely some challenges when communicating on a software project. First, software is, for the most part, an intangible project. Outside of the user interface, it's really difficult to touch it, and interact with it.
