- [Instructor] Following on from the success of Chaos Monkey, Netflix engineers decided to evolve the question, "What happens if the server goes down?" with, "What happens if a whole AWS region goes down?" Being able to simulate an entire section of the globe becoming unresponsive is an extreme measure. However, for a constantly demanding service, it makes sense that someone like Netflix would seek an answer to this. The code for Chaos Kong is now a part of the Simian Army project.
